Terms of Service

These terms are an agreement between [COMPANY NAME] ("Provly", "we") and you, the person using the Provly website (provly.co), the Provly mobile app and the Provly browser extension (together, the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you accept these terms. If this translation and the Turkish version differ, the Turkish version prevails.

1. The Service

Provly helps you research ads from public ad libraries (such as the Meta Ad Library and the TikTok and Google ad transparency sources), and the stores and products behind them. Main features: searching ads, stores, advertisers, emails and products; tracking competitor brands and keywords; saving ads to boards; messaging and sharing with friends; store analysis.

2. Your account

• You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.
• You are responsible for keeping your account details accurate and your password secret.
• For security, one session per account stays signed in; signing in on another device signs out the previous one.
• You may not share your account. For teams, use the seats included in your plan.

3. Plans and payment

• There is a free plan and paid plans. What each plan includes and its limits (for example monthly result pages or weekly store analyses) are as stated on the website.
• Paid plans are charged in advance for the chosen period through our payment provider Stripe and renew automatically at the end of each period unless cancelled.
• You can cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period. Except where the law requires otherwise, used periods are not refunded.
• We may change prices; we will tell you before your next renewal.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• bulk-extract, copy or resell data from the Service with automated tools;
• reverse engineer the Service, bypass its security measures or overload its systems;
• use the Service unlawfully, to infringe others' rights or to create misleading advertising;
• send spam, harassment, hate speech or illegal content through the community and messaging features;
• use the browser extension in a way that breaks the rules of the platforms you use it on (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok and others).

5. Ads and third-party content

• The ads, images, videos, brand names and logos shown in the Service belong to the respective advertisers and rights holders; Provly does not own them.
• This content is collected from public sources for research and analysis. You may use it only for your own market research, not copy it and run it as your own ad without the rights holder's permission.
• Rights holders who want content removed can contact us at the address below.

6. Your content

Your boards, notes, messages and feedback belong to you. You allow us to use them to provide the Service to you (store them, show them, share them with the people you choose). Boards and folders you give a public link can be seen by anyone with the link.

7. Estimates

Some figures, such as traffic, reach and spend, are estimates or come from third-party sources. We do not guarantee they are accurate, complete or current, and we are not responsible for business decisions based solely on them.

8. Changes and interruptions

We may add, change or remove features to improve the Service. The Service may occasionally be interrupted by maintenance, outages or changes in third-party sources.

9. Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, the Service is provided "as is". We are not liable for indirect damages, lost profits or lost data. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the event that caused the damage. Your statutory consumer rights are not affected.

10. Termination

You can close your account at any time. We may suspend or close your account if you seriously breach these terms. When your account is closed, your data is deleted within the periods stated in the Privacy Policy.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. We will announce material changes in the app, on the website or by email before they take effect. Continuing to use the Service after a change means you accept the updated terms.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. The courts and enforcement offices of [CITY] have jurisdiction; consumers keep their right to apply to consumer arbitration committees and consumer courts.
